Coral Reef® Rashguard - Short Sleeve Coral Reef® Short-Sleeve Rashguard

Short sleeves are used for sun protection, they will give you 90% UV protection. They are also used under wetsuits for those of us that rash from rubbing of the suit. The newer suits of today do not rash you, but there are a very few cases. Originally they were invented because the cheaper suits were made with a overlock stitch that rubbed your underarm area raw, so a silky lycra shirt was made to combat the seam problem. Regular rashguards do not have any heat retaining properties, they will actually make you cooler.

Rashguards run small, so email us with your weight and we'll find the right size for you.
